🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange facility to ensure customer satisfaction.

If you wish to exchange an item, you are required to send the product back to us through any courier service of your choice.

The return courier charges (from customer to us) will be paid by the customer.

Once we receive the parcel and verify the item condition as per our policy, we will dispatch the exchange product.

The delivery charges of the exchanged item (from us to customer) will be paid by us.

📦 Important Notes:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Exchange requests must be initiated within the specified exchange period mentioned on the product page.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

💸 Refund Policy

We accept refunds under valid conditions as per our return policy.

To request a refund:

The customer must send the product back to us through any courier service.

Once the parcel is received and inspected, we will process the refund if the item meets our policy criteria.

💳 Refund Method:

Refunds will be initiated via bank account transfer.

The customer must provide correct bank account details for the refund process.

📦 Important Notes:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and original packaging.

Refund processing time may vary after parcel inspection.

Courier charges for returning the product are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

⚠️ Note: A 13% GST deduction will be applied to all refunds.
